These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website streampal.gg (the "Site") and the services provided through it (the "Services"), operated by streampal Ltd.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or Services (including creating an account, making a booking, or posting content), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access certain features (e.g., bookings, messaging, profiles).
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or at our discretion.
3. Services
We provide a platform to:
- Connect streamers ("Hosts") with livestream guests/extras ("Streampals")
- Facilitate bookings, consultations, and coordination
- Offer optional services such as production support, clipping, management, and promotions
We act solely as an intermediary platform. We do not employ Hosts or Streampals, and we are not a party to any agreement between users. Any contract for services (e.g., guest appearance, production work) is directly between the Host and Streampal. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any interaction or service.
4. User Content and Conduct
- You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., profiles, bios, messages), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Services.
- You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), data protection, and intellectual property.
- We may remove content or suspend users for violations.
5. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are made directly between users via the platform.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
- Fees (platform commission, service fees) are displayed before confirmation. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Cancellations/refunds are governed by the policies agreed between users and any specific booking terms. We may facilitate disputes but are not responsible for resolving them.
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
6. Fees and Commissions
We charge a platform fee/commission on bookings (details shown at checkout or in your account). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We disclaim all liability for user interactions, content, or third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if no payment was made).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or matters where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms (plus Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement.
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
